Great care for memory care!

My aunt recently moved into the memory care unit at the facility. from the moment we walked in till our recent visit, the environment at the facility is amazing. The staff is constantly loving on my aunt and take better care of her than i expected from any home. The meal we shared with my aunt was amazing and defiantly taste the passion from the cooks in the back. I must admit i doubted everything about a facility like this for my aunt, but they have set the bar high for the quality of care they give her. Thank you.... Read more

Prideful Facility and Staff

Recently, My wife and I took a tour of this facility in search of a home for her mother. We have been across many facilities in the area and nothing really stood out from any of them until we met the director at Augusta Gardens. She really went above and beyond to make us feel at home and had every answer for all of our questions. Yet the reason she stood out the most was because of the level of concern and sincerity she showed during our time together. The facility is older, but you can tell the staff works to keep it in shape. There was a staff member painting the outside shutters when we visited, and whatever they were cooking for lunch smelled amazing. We are leaning towards this facility because of the pride that shows that they are putting in the facility and care given during our time there.

Best Mother's Day Ever!

My grandmother is a resident at Augusta Gardens. This weekend we attended the Mother's Day event that they had at the community for each of the mothers that are current residents. All that I can say is WOW! It was completely over the top, the decorations were nice, the setup was accommodating, the food was amazing, the desserts were even better, and the best part was to see how much the staff came together to make this day as special for my grandmother and the others as possible. My grandmother was completely taken back and said this was the best Mother's day that she has ever had. That's almost 70 years... I am very happy that she had a great day. Thank you to the staff for all of their hard work. it is appreciated.

Toured the facility, and loved it.

On Sunday, we toured the facility looking for a home for my brother to use for therapy and assisted living. Our guide was very professional and quickly showed us the facility. It was nice to see that they were refinishing the dining room floors and showed us that the two guys cared about the way the facility looked. the rooms we visited and courtyard were more than enough to impress and definitely sold us on using Augusta Gardens. We look forward to the experiences ahead.

Don’t move in

I’ve met the owners and they seem to be the most fake people I’ve ever met! Members of management don’t seem friendly or like they know what they’re doing either. I did not get a good feeling going in there. Will not be moving my loved one there!!

Easy Mobility In Community

Everything is still as good like in the beginning. I highly recommend this community. I mainly like that there are no stairs and elevators which is easier for dad to get from place to place. Management runs a safe and good system for the residents. It has been a good fit for my dad.

My Dad and I visited Augusta Gardens at the beginning of his search for an assisted living facility. In fact, it was one of the first places we saw. We were very impressed with the building and the people. The only thing Dad did not like was that it's a two-story building, and the public area was on the second floor. He has a spinal cord injury, and is concerned about being able to get out of the building quickly if necessary

Pretty Nice Tour of This Community

This is nice a community, and our tour of it went pretty well. The staff was kind, and courteous. Everyone was friendly too my family, and myself. From what I saw the community appeared well maintained. It was pretty nice experience, but it was not the one for my aunt, and her needs.

Augusta Gardens Perfect Home for your loved ones

The staff are wonderful. Everyone really cares about your loved ones there. I never left Augusta Gardens worried about my mother . If you ever need anything they are always more than happy to accommodate you or your loved one. Each staff member speaks kindly to everyone and the care the give is excellent . You can feel the love there . I sat many a day and watched how much they truly love everyone there .

Five staff Community!!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, they have taken extraordinary care of my loved one. My mother really enjoys the various activities they bring into the community as well as the worship group they bring on campus on Sundays. I have had multiple meals with my mother and all of them have been delicious and very well prepared by the chef. I have no complaints and would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone.

Excellent service

I am very pleased with the service my husband receives. The ladies have such a caring attitude toward the residents. For several days he only wanted to stay in his room and they kept encouraging him to come to the day room and he now goes without hesitation. I like the fact that when they change shifts those coming on come in to speak to us. He is pretty much refusing all food when I or the staff try to feed him but they know he likes lemonade and will bring him some through out the day. He has been in three different hospitals and a skilled facility in the past 90 days and the service at Augusta Gardens has been the best. We moved to this area a little over four months ago, however I have come in contact with two other people who had loved ones there in the past and they were very complimentary. I sincerely appreciate the job they do and feel very comfortable leaving my husband in their care. He is in the severe stage of Alzheimers and having cared for him myself for over nine years I know it is not an easy job. The staff are very up beat and friendly and interact well with the residents.

Seemed small, and dark inside

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. I was not impressed by what I saw of this community. It just felt very compact, and dark inside. The rooms for the residents were also very small, without room for much more than a bed and one piece of furniture.
