Everybody was wonderful over there.

I always judge a place by how the people closest to my brother behave. I expect the professionals to be outstanding, but I think at Atlantic, the personal care workers are especially wonderful. The nurses and doctors are excellent, too, you just don't see them as often, and when you have personal needs, the direct care workers come, and they have been wonderful. I could recommend it to almost anyone. The nurses have been very gracious. I haven't seen anything that isn't clean. The meals are wonderful. They're wonderful at keeping me informed. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the location. It is almost impossible to get in and out of because of the impossible traffic. That is a serious consideration. Whatever they could do to improve getting in and out would be worth considering.

The staff is very helpful. My loved one had to change rooms because the area was too small to get around in to get to the bathroom.

We are very pleased with the facility. They are very kind, considerate and compassionate. The therapy is excellent. They keep my husband informed.

They were good with good service. They took care of my loved one. It was excellent. They called me. They informed me when my loved one had tests and told me about his medication.

I'd recommend Atlantic Coast!

They were extremely helpful. The nurses were wonderful. I appreciated everything they did. The staff were excellent. The manager was excellent. It seemed clean. The meals were extremely limited. The portions were really small. I didn't care for the meals. My loved one thought he could have had a little better food.

They are warm, caring, smiley and happy to help when needed. They have a great team from top to bottom. The nurses are superb. The facility is very clean. The meals are fine. I am in and out all the time, so I know what's going on, and I know they would call me if needed.

They are very good. The administrator is very knowledgeable. It is very clean. As far as I have seen, the dining staff take good care of the patients. I am always kept informed. I am totally happy with Atlantic Coast.

It's been very good. The nursing staff is extremely attentive. The aides are, too. Whatever you need, they will quickly take care of it for you or tell you when they will take care of it. Everybody is very friendly. You can't walk in the hall without getting a smile. It is a very friendly atmosphere. One of the problems that they have is that a lot of their staff is Orthodox, so when there are holidays like Passover, they're not there, so there are a lot of per-diem people. If they can't get per-diem people, the patients don't get as much therapy as they should have. The therapists are very good when they're there.

I think they are pretty good. My wife noticed that no one had attended to our loved one in a while. He was stooped over. I think it was a one-time incident though. It is very clean.

I think my loved one is pretty satisfied. The head nurse was helpful with coordinating between the hospital and the rehab, watching over the plants and her things in her room, making sure her personal belongings were locked up and asking how she was doing. It is very clean and they are always fixing her room and cleaning up after her. Anytime she was needing an ambulance or transportation they always called when she left and returned and told us the cost of the transportation.

My brother is fairly unhappy there. I think there was a communication issue about transportation to offsite treatment. The nursing care is average. His nurse is good though. The staff's friendliness is not good. My brother keeps telling me that they are not nice to him. The food looks fine to me. Communication with me is good.

They did well at keeping me informed.

I would absolutely recommend them! The staff is great! The cleanliness is a-okay.

Service seems to be really good. My loved one eats a lot of tuna fish, they make it pretty good. They only called me once out of the two weeks she was there.

My sister was a patient at Atlantic Coast Rehab in Lakewood, NJ for about 1-2 months. It was an AWFUL place. She was not able to walk about, she had very bad edema, that is why she was admitted. She spent the entire time sitting in a wheel chair. She complained that her derriere was very painful and no matter how I tried to make her comfortable the pain would not lessen. Little did I know, she got bed sores. She left rehab and that same evening was rushed to a hospital where she passed away, from septicemia. I have NO doubt she caught this from Atlantic Coast. They did not treat her very well, some of the aids were plain nasty. Please do not take your loved one there if they are not able to fend for themselves, I have nothing but regrets! I would give zero stars but forced to select one.

The staff is super nice to my loved one. The place is very clean and the grounds are well kept. The physical therapy is amazing and she loves it.

The rehab is going fine, it's pretty good. My loved one's physical therapist is very good. As far as the staff care goes, when she rings her bell (which is not often), they take a long time to get there. The place itself is spotless. The meals are terrible. They helped us make outside arrangements for her meals. I'm over there all the time so they keep me informed because I ask questions all the time.

The overall experience was good. Everyone there was so nice. One of the ladies tried everything in the book to help and she was great. The facility was very clean. My loved one didn't like the food because they don’t serve pork because they are a kosher facility. She didn't like the way they cooked the chicken, either
