Atlantic Coast Rehab and Health Care Center

The therapy services have been very good. The staff care went well but they are very understaffed.

They are excellent. What's your highest rating because that's what Atlantic Coast has been! The cleanliness is excellent. I never see dirt anywhere and it is kept very clean. The communication has been excellent. We have no issues there.

Everything has been good for my loved one but sometimes they bring him different food than what he orders.

Our experience with Atlantic Coast Rehab has been great! There are too many great staff members to mention! The head nurse has been especially helpful and the cleanliness has been good too. She likes the meals and when I visit, I have been having meals there too and I think they are great.

Overall, it has been good. The rehab therapy and staff care have been good.

The aides love my loved one and interact with him. They are very helpful. There is a gentleman there that is very helpful.

They have been very attentive and welcoming. We sat in on one of the rehab sessions and they did a stellar job. The speech therapist has a wonderful bedside manner with a very good attitude with helping to keep his spirits up. They were focused on him and encouraged him to keep going. It is impeccably clean. There is someone in admissions that has been incredibly excellent keeping in touch with us.

They provided good care and show that they are dedicated to their patients. It really shows when they come in. Then there are others that seem more disengaged. The meals are okay. They are good about getting him snacks or any other item he would like.

Long and short, you guys gave me my life back. This rehab is spotless. Nursing staff is top notch! Nurses and aides are amazing. Staff from Administrator, cleaning crew, to physical therapist and everyone in between are just extraordinary. Marketing team, [name removed] and [name removed], could work for a top notch company in NYC. They are the greatest! So many of the staff stand out by going over and beyond-[name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] just to name a few and many more. One particular moment stands out... on Sunday [name removed] could tell I was not my cheerful self. She took the time to bring me to the dining room for ice cream to help put a smile on my face and lift my spirits. I would recommend Atlantic Coast to everyone. You and anyone who comes here will be amazed by how well you are taken care of.

Atlantic Coast has been great!

There have been no problems. My loved one didn't say anything bad about it! He was happy with it.

Everything is going just fine at the facility. Sometimes the staff are snippy but she's snippy too! There have been good days and bad days. We had an issue getting her a phone the first week she was there. After this I spoke with administration and explained to them that it is very important that she has this phone since we are out of state and it was then taken care of.

The therapists seem to be really good with her. Some of the staff are really good. One of the aides in particular checks in on her a lot. They should make her more comfortable with a pillow and make sure she is sitting in the chair right. Some of them are really nice and watch out for her. I honestly think they are a little understaffed. There are times they lose their clothes. It is clean. The floors are never dirty and the bedding is always changed.

It is very clean. I believe the nurses are good and are attentive. If she has problems with pain and if she has to go to the bathroom they are there to help. Some days are good and some are not so good. It is very clean. Sometimes she likes the meals and you cannot like everything.

I am very, very impressed with the facility. I feel so lucky to have him here. It has been a blessing. My loved one seems very happy. The staff have been terrific! The clean up squad is excellent! Everything is immaculate. I like everything about this place.

Everybody was courteous and it's homey like. It is close to the hospital too. The nurses were all there and knew what was going on. They were good. It was very clean. Communication was good too and the nurses told me what was going on.

My mother seems to be well cared for here and the social worker is great. They are wonderful. I have been down there twice, they are very patient and caring. The therapists are very, very gentle. The nursing care seems to be wonderful. It's very clean. In therapy, if she needs to stop, they let her rest for a little bit. I am getting conflicting stories from my mother though. She says one thing, the aide says another thing. The person who transports her down there takes her down and leaves her by the elevator without telling anybody she is there. It seems to me, he should bring a therapist over.

The rehab is excellent! I would definitely recommend them! This is my father's second time at this facility. We have been very pleased. The social worker has been especially helpful with our family throughout this process.

They are very good. They are addressing issues and helping my loved one with the therapy. He is on a structured routine. He is making small strides. The nurses are very compassionate and caring. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The case worker was a very lovely girl. She communicated well. He is eating and it seems to be good.

I especially like the staff. They work as a great team and give my husband wonderful care. The rehab therapists keep us well informed and work as a team with wonderful care. We like one of the staff members especially, and she does a tremendous job. The facility is immaculate. The food is like a five-star restaurant. They called me earlier, and they keep me very well informed on my husband's care!
