Not a positive experience for our family. Our relative was not happy , and since our communication with owners was odd and they refused request for Dr appt, we removed her. We paid the penalty fees for early removal, while they didn't follow through with their commitment, which seems wrong. My aunt was a shocking sight when we got her...within 2 weeks she looked better, healthier and her mind seemed clear. The Dr appt they refused was very much needed. Finding a home is an emotional and stressful decision. During a pandemic, more so. Be very careful....it's a huge financial loss if it isn't a good fit.
