My service request was handled promptly and efficiently. [name removed] is always polite and helpful. All the team are always courteous and respectful. Thank you Ashton Walk for providing a wonderful place to live!

The manager at this location [name removed] is a very rude and disrespectful woman. Her people skills are horrendous and very unprofessional. How in the world a major company would hire such a horrible individual. She is very disrespectful to the tenants, maintenance workers and potential tenant. This woman who garner the title of manager need to be investigated by corporate and ultimately terminated immediately. She is a disgraceful poor representative of the company. One very rude foolish [removed] of a woman.

The hallways are dirty, nasty, and stink. The walls haven't been wiped down in forever.

I have lived here for approximately 1 year after selling my home. [Names removed] are great and attentive. Having had a home for 25 years, sometimes things don't go as expected. However, any mishap is taken care of as soon as possible. I chose Ashton Walk after careful assessment of other living facilities. I recommend living here to any senior looking for peace and enjoyment.

I live in Ashton walk apts in forest Park ga. I am miserable here. The air conditioner mysteriously doesn’t work at night, over the weekends or during holidays. Every evening at about 8:30 the air stops working but somehow at 8 am the next morning it turns back on. The hallways stink, the carpet is nasty and evidently hadn’t been cleaned since the building was new...about 13 years ago. The back doors are always propped open for anyone to enter and the young adults living with their grandparents smoke on the sides of the building. The elevator is always dirty. The only part of the building that’s clean is the front of the building.

Really like......nice size space, nice closets, nice amenities. Great place for the money. Ms. Louise was amazing...great leasing agent. Out of this list....this is the favorite.

Made another visit. This time, Ms. Louise showed me more apartments. She also went through app. process with me. Very knowledgeable and patient, as apps have to be very precise. Apartments are kept up well and some have great wooded views and new appliances. Residents were welcoming and friendly. Thanks to both Ms. Diane and Ms. Louise.

Toured this community with Ms. Diane, who was warm, knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to show me 3 apartments and explained everything about the community. The apartments and property look well maintained (a big priority for me). Residents greet you with smiles and friendly hellos. I may have just found my new home.

1 bedroom /$629 with $200 deposit - very nice but at higher end of budget.

The facility was nice it is the best quality for the money. Plus I like that the mailboxes are inside

I found the place friendly, clean, well organized. The workout room was not well eguiped for what I use, No weights, or weight machines. There is no outside storage for my tools.

I loved the location-so I am moving in by the end of January if not sooner.

I love these apartments! Director was very pleasant; knowledgeable and Great! I will be filling out an application and hopefully moving in soon!!

This is not a income based building, liked the size of the apartment, and how the kitchen blended in to make a dining room/living room combo. They also have 2 bedroom apt. One is responsible for utilities, cable, and phone. But would be happy to have me.

Beautiful place, very friendly and professional staff. Nice and clean grounds and apartments. Very reasonable rent.
