The receptionist who answered the phone on [date removed], at noon was very rude and very unprofessional if she's the representative of this company there us no way I would send my family member there. [Name removed]

No No please. Such a horrible place. Sorry care. If you care don’t let your loved one be sent to this place. I so wish the State would come hear what I can tell them. They need to send a undercover person in there. It would be shut down.

Memory care unit is woefully understaffed. My mother was a resident and her family members visted multiple times a week. We witnessed many instances of neglect. Beware!!!!
