There are some really wonderful caregivers here that treat residents like their own family. The activity coordinators make a lot of effort to get everyone involved and take suggestions from residents on what they would like to do. There is also a good variety of activities from arts and crafts to poetry to walking for mobile residents to 2 days a week live music. The facility also does monthly jazz brunches that families can sign up for, holiday and special occasion events. Like everywhere there are things that could improve but what I care most about is how my mom is treated and overall she always seems so happy to be there even with her dementia. Arbor Terrace is absolutely wonderful!! They keep their staff and they are all so attentive and friendly! The management is like a dream to work with, you ask them if they can help you with something and they always say "YES"! Everyone there is just so friendly and they take amazing care of my mom, so much that she is in "Bridges" now and will be moving back to Assisted Living this week!!

We had a great tour experience with Arbor Terrace of South Forsyth. The location was perfect and right outside of my neighborhood. This would have been our first pick, but unfortunately they did not have any availability at the time.

Very nice staff and follow up. We didn't like the feel. There was a specified time for dining for everyone here, and the rooms were small.
On almost all occasions the staff/care team are wonderful and very caring. Unfortunately, on occasion there is a caregiver that is not attentive. They are focused on getting the task done quickly without regard to the resident. But I would not let that deter you from living there because the majority of the time the well being of the resident comes first.

We had a virtual tour at Arbor Terrace South Forsyth, and the person we spoke to was really nice. We just liked the more personalized feel we found at a different community.
It is a good community. The people make it the community. The communication with the staff is good. I would like to see the meal options changed for the residents to eat simpler items they are used to.

We found this assisted living for my dad in July . It’s very fresh and clean . Food is gourmet ! The chef is amazing! They are very attuned to the comfort and needs of their residents. Quick response to any concerns you may have. Lots of activities if they are willing to participate. Every employee is friendly and attentive. His apartment is very comfortable with his own familiar furniture that we used to decorated it . It is the best fit for my dad and his needs at this time.

We had a pleasant tour of this facility. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The community from what we saw looked nice, and everything appeared to be clean. The staff we met was polite. This was the right fit for my father in law, but our tour was a nice one.

We had a good experience for my loved one until an incident. It was not bad but lead to the need for a different community. The meals, activities, and understanding from the staff were all good for us.

My parents wanted to stay at the beach as long as they could and they sure did. Arbor Terrace has been wonderful for my parents as they transitioned rapidly from independent living to memory care and hospice. From the staff to the nurses to the assistants, everyone has been helpful loving and kind. They even gave me the tough love to realize my mother really did need memory care already. Bridges is the perfect program for her.

My mother is doing very well here at Arbor Terrance of Johns Creek. I'am satisfied with everything they have done for us. They are taking good care of my mother and her needs. Everything is working out well.

I could not be happier since my mother move into Arbor Terrace. They are doing a wonderful job taking care of her she loves it there. The place is really clean and looks nice and clean and the food here is just great taste delicious and they have a wide variety of food I love it! My mother is doing really well here the staff is really good at getting her to participate in the activities they have and she has made some new friends as well. I have already sent two of my friends of there to tour it so I highly recommend this community.
