Caregivers at the facility were angels. We were there for 4 hours that day - They were treating the pt's with dignity and respect. Made them feel very comfortable. The food at this place was surprisingly good! They offer a nice variety of options, and they were always happy to cater to the patients special diet - we were really impressed.

I toured this facility for one of my friend's relatives. The facility was super clean; the staff was professional, caring, and friendly. The rest of the available services were amazing. It is a good place for senior population to live.

We loved the facility when we visited. The residents looked clean happy and healthy. The best part it the layout of the building it is helpful for the memory care patients. I believe it is the best Memory care in Mckinney.

This place beat all the other bigger facilities. They are very passionate and kind. They treat as family from heart. I really recommend this place. Definitely a place in Mckinney to consider. There is lots of activities happening too.

This facility and their staff are such a great team of caregivers! Every time I visit Anointed Senior Living the atmosphere is so up beat and you find everyone with a smile on their face, including the staff and that says A LOT!! Every single associate at Anointed Senior Living McKinney is so caring and compassionate; they all go above and beyond to make sure every resident is living their best life. And the facility is gorgeous!

My mother has a personalized care plan that addresses her specific needs, and it is regularly updated. The range of activities and programs available is impressive, including music therapy and art classes that my mother enjoys immensely. Medical care is readily available, with regular visits from doctors and prompt attention to any health issues. The meals are nutritious and well-balanced, and they accommodate my mother’s dietary needs.

I would like to recognized [name removed] for all of her extra time preparing for [name removed], training all the staff members, coming in on Sunday evenings to assist with meds and ensuring everyone is cared for well. We appreciate you! We hope you have been compensated well for the many hours well over 40 you have worked.

In the beginning it was great and then they fired the ED, the nurse, the med tech and others. They lost about 6 to 8 residents. The new management was not good. They didn't have a nurse, went through staff and still do not have a licensed ED. The new nurse they hired is rude. I moved my mom out.

Prior to change in management in early December 2022, we were happy with this place. But it went downhill fast after new management. They fired a lot of staff and hired new staff that apparently have no training on caring for people with dementia/Alzheimers. Our loved one was mistreated and had bruises on them. Staff also yelled at family members when they visited. Staff recommended that our loved one to be “sedated,” even though only a doctor can make this recommendation. We had to move our loved one to another memory care home. Several residents have already been moved out due to the current environment. I would not recommend putting your loved one in this place.

My mother has lived here for 2 yrs. Recent changes make this place terrible. Management is terrible along with a complete staff turnover. They are rude and have NO training with these memory impaired residents. Recently there was no hot water for over a week and no showers were given to anyone. Disgraceful.

They truly care for the residents here and it shows. The facility goes above and beyond. The staff is very friendly and great about answering questions. My mother's care manger is wonderful and I get the same feeling from the others. They exercise 3 times a week and have other activities like painting their nails, fresh flower arrangement demonstration, etc and mom really enjoys them. My mother loves the food and has never had any complaints. I haven't eaten there, but the meals smell and look good. They also have a private dining room that families can use for private meals, you can eat there or bring food in. The facility is very clean and always smells good. They are constantly cleaning. Mom's room is always clean. A friend of mine recommended this facility because she loved it so much and I'm glad we chose them. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely great staff. This place is a wonderful caring environment for my loved one. The management team as well as care givers are great. They truly care about all residents as family.
