4 Seasons Senior Living Plano

The cleanliness of the community was good, and the lady who worked the 24 hour shift was great but the nurse manager wasn't very responsive to our concerns. Our loved one did not really care for the food, and there were barely any activities. We felt we did not get our money's worth. Possibly the owner, but the main guy we spoke to was also not very responsive to our concerns.

I placed my Mom in a home on Peachtree in Lewisville a month ago and she is very happy living there. Mom is in her own room and has received the most compassionate and loving care. Monday through Friday, the same caregivers are there to assist with her needs which includes bathing, transfer to chair and/or bed as needed. Both [names removed] treat her with kindness and show real concern in helping her get back to caring for herself. We both are very happy that we found this place that’s to A Place for Mom. [Names removed] and his wife [names removed] own and run these homes and reach out to both of us on regular basis which is much appreciated.

This is to let anyone know that if you are considering 4 Season's Senior Living to get what they say in writing. I placed my 84 year old mother with them in April 2016. They gave me a rate which was great and fit my mother's income. They made a verbal promise (I should have had them put it in writing--a learning experience for me) that the price would never increase. Everything ran smoothly until December 28, 2017 when I was requested by the owner [name removed] to meet with him. I was informed at the meeting that they wanted to increase my mother's rent $800 per month. I explained that she could not meet that financially as it would take her entire income. They said they wanted to work with the families and were willing to come down to $3100. I asked what happened to the verbal agreement that the price would never increase. The response I got was that they didn't know (back in 2016) what they were doing. Then I was told by [name removed] that he could get $4,000 if he really wanted to. Needless to say, I started looking immediately for another home for my mom. Also, [name removed] also stated that the increase in payment would take effect immediately and the new amount would be due January 1, 2018. Because I had already paid her original rent, I paid the extra because I felt like I had no choice. Come to find out, in the State of Texas [name removed] was suppose to give a minimum of 30 days written notice of an increase in rent (this is to allow a resident time to either pay the new rent or time to look for another place to live). Needless to say, he did not do so. I asked him to return the additional amount of payment because I was moving my mom to another home. He has never responded to my request.

I can not rate the activities because they do not have any that my mother participates in. The best thing is the more personal level they provide with the residents. It's not a big facility so they get more personal care there.

I really liked Michael at 4 Season Senior Living. He was very nice and persistent. I was very appreciative of how overly committed he was. He just went above and beyond. The facility is expensive but it is a better deal than private care which is what she gets now. I

It has been a very positive experience for us with the 4 Seasons Senior Living. It has been a really good place to keep both my mother and father together, since they both require different levels care.

I am very pleased by how things have turned out with 4 Seasons Senior Living! They're taking wonderful care of my loved one, and I feel so much better knowing somewhere she is safe and well looking after. The staff here are very friendly and professional, and the facility itself is clean and well kept.

I love 4 seasons our Mom is very happy there and the staff especially Charity and Mike are amazing. Mom wasn't doing well and they were very prompt about contacting us and follow up with the nurse was outstanding as well. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Mom is actually at the Kimble St. House and it is very nice. The people at 4Seasons are professional and caring. I am very pleased. Thanks for your help.

Very Worthwhile! We’ve been very pleased. My mother has been there a little while and they’ve really gone out of their way to take care of our loved one. The parking is good. The location is convenient. I wish they had a DVD player where could play old movies.

I've been very pleased with them! The activiies section really doesn't apply because the resident's are unable to really participate in them. However, the food is very good. It's catered, and brought in from the outside. It is kept very clean, and the staff to resident ratio is great! The value is good, and we are very pleased with them so far!

This community is too far away. K likes to go to church with us. We attended First Baptist Richardson so it would be a long drive to pick her up and go back to church especially on busy mornings when we have to get their early for a special reason.
