What we really like about this community is their caring staff, and we would recommend Pure Heart Assisted Living to other families based on the experience we have had so far
There was no complaints about the food, and my loved one seemed to like the food. My loved one loved the community, and the people who took care of her. They were very caring, and good people. They really care about the elderly. I would recommend to other families. A Place for Mom was so helpful, and is amazing.
Prior to living at Lilly's Place, my father had been at another assisted living for almost 13 years. In [date removed], he developed sepsis and was hospitalized for almost 2 months. He was then transferred to a rehab, and after he was there, it was suggested that he be converted to skilled nursing. My family and I felt that was our only option, but then my aunt found Lilly's Place! My brother and I visited one of the locations, met with the owner, [name removed], and knew it was the right place for our father. It was obvious when talking to [name removed] that she really cares for her clients' well-being, and that she treats them like family. [name removed] and her team have helped coordinate my father's transportation to and from medical appointments, and they give updates on his overall care. When family comes to visit my father, they are all impressed. But, most importantly, my father likes it, and I never worry about his care. Lilly's Place, and [name removed], have been a blessing to my father and my family!
