Pembroke Angel Care in San Antonio, TX

Let me start of by saying I was so terrified to put my papa into a nursing home and for good reason I had him in 3 different very expensive nursing homes I would walk in and he would be so dirty and sad he wasn’t being taken care of then my daughter-inlaw found Pembroke angel care it’s a dream place it’s always clean they treat my papa like family all the residents look amazing and happy the staff is so loving I could go on for days about how amazing Pembroke is all I know is I can sleep peacefully now and my anxiety about my papa is gone because he is in the most amazing place you could put a loved one I truly can’t thank them enough for the love and compassion they show to my papa even on his worst days and that takes a true angel to do this work… with all my heart thank you for all you do!

Just Like Home Care in San Antonio, TX

This community is very good. They worked very hard to get my brother in quickly, which we really needed and I appreciate. The food is good quality and good variety, but could use more beef. Communication with the family is good. Housekeeping is daily and his room is always clean. The staff are very nice and helpful, they care about the people. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Paam Care, LLC in San Antonio, TX
5.0

Review of: PAAM Care LLC, San Antonio, Texas Our mother has been under PAAM Care for six months. We are extremely pleased with the high-quality of caretaking and helpful assistance she receives there. This is a small care home, where our mom receives the personalized attention she needs -- when she needs it. This is quite a contrast to larger facilities where the ratio of caregivers to residents is much lower (and response times slower). This house is clean, sits in a safe suburban neighborhood and is conveniently located for visits. [Name removed] and her staff have been diligent in their attentiveness, kind in their actions and have become a trusted partner -- for their compassion, presence and integrity. [Name removed]'s successful career as a nurse brings yet another level of attention to detail for the residents and their families, along with clear communication to medical professionals and service providers. We call daily to speak with our mom, and we are always greeted with patience and updates on her condition and needs. Mom is clean, well-fed with food she likes, and exhibits trust and camaraderie with her caregivers. As siblings, we have witnessed both good and bad results from previous care providers. We are most grateful that we selected PAAM Care. It does our heart well to bear witness to how our mother feels loved, respected and nurtured since her arrival. We offer PAAM Care our full endorsement.

[Name removed] is an amazing lady. I had both of my parents there until my mother passed in March. [Name removed] mourned the death of my mother as much as I did. She continues to take care of my bonus...

What are care homes?

Residential care homes are houses in residential neighborhoods that are equipped, adapted, and staffed to care for a small number of residents, usually between two and 10.
