I find this facility to be clean, free of urine odor or others.I found the staff to be helpful and knowlegable about the patient and found the patient to be well taken care off. They show concern of the patient and recommend doctors visit when necessary, good communication with the doctor and staff. I definetley would recommend this home.
I would recommend A Touch of Home to anyone who wants their loved one to have a loving and care home with excellent care and personal relationship with them. We always felt welcome to come to see our loved one at any time. My Mother-in-law was always clean and very happy to see us but always wanted to stay where she was. She always said it felt like family and loved all the activities that took place there.
