ACE ALF is a jewel. The level of care my dad received at other well known facilities can't compare to ACE. This place has been a blessing for my dad and our family. The staff has been so attentive to my dad. From overall hygiene, vibrant skin, and even a haircut and shave if needed, no detail is left undone in this facility. The place is kept clean, that you would never know it's a Senior Care Facility. The food is so exceptional that my dad is always asking for more. He gets 3 full course meals plus snacks, which you can provide if you like. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the owner was decisive and took the initiative to protect the residents before State officials released guidelines. The owner works diligently to ensure every resident feels at home. You can rest assured your loved one is receiving the personal care they deserve.
With Covid it's been difficult to get in, but I think they're doing a great job. You will find a very caring staff. They seem to really care about the needs of their patients, and they are extremely friendly and cooperative. The food is delicious. I don't think you could find a happier place. It's a very small place, and they're authorized to have only about 5 clients at a time, which means everyone gets lots of personalized attention, which is good. So the residents aren't just sitting in a corner by themselves with nothing to do. It's small community, so they see each other and interact with one another.
I would recommend Prince of Peace IV to others. It feels like home and the environment is pleasing and clean. The move in process was very simple. I rate the care very high, as they notice any small changes in my mother's health and alert me immediately.
