Amazing Life Assisted Living Services

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Sometimes I was unable to call before I come to see my mother because of my schedule, but they never turned me away, and I really appreciated that even though my mom had a short time they made sure that I got to spend time with her.

The people especially the administrator are very friendly. This is a good location and overall great staff.

With Covid it's been difficult to get in, but I think they're doing a great job. You will find a very caring staff. They seem to really care about the needs of their patients, and they are extremely friendly and cooperative. The food is delicious. I don't think you could find a happier place. It's a very small place, and they're authorized to have only about 5 clients at a time, which means everyone gets lots of personalized attention, which is good. So the residents aren't just sitting in a corner by themselves with nothing to do. It's small community, so they see each other and interact with one another.

The staff here have done a really good job with my moms care. They have been diligent with her therapy. When she went in here she was unable to walk or stand but they worked with the PT group to get back to walking so she is back to walking at the level that she was before so that has been great for her. We have only been in once because of covid but we do have a lot of video visits and had an in person visit on mothers day. We like the fact that it is a smaller, more personal facility that is in a neighborhood so it is not overly clinical. The staff are very friendly, helpful and encouraging. We would recommend them to others looking.

We had a rough start but I think my Mom is doing well now. I’m not sure they were completely ready for someone with dementia that may become agitated and confused. I think that they may do well to brush up on distraction techniques and to refresh on caring for people with dementia. The staff is very nice and attentive that is greatly appreciated and they pride themselves on food nutrition.

My brother has been under the care of Amazing Life since [date removed]. I am more than pleased with the care being provided him. They have embraced his overall health by way of healthy diet, increased exercise and coordinated medical care with his team of physicians. The system is working and he is in the "best" general health in years. He recently had blood work done and his doctor remarked on how "good" his numbers were. His BP is being controlled, his cholesterol numbers were great, his sugar levels great, too. He's definitely in a better place! We sleep much better knowing he is good hands at Amazing Life!

We are very pleased with the care and love being provided my brother at Amazing Life. We took a chance on this start-up facility and we have no regrets. We felt the needs for more personalized care were appropriate for him at this time as he made the transition to AL. The AL Team are very caring and attentive to his needs. He truly has an "amazing life" now due to the care being given him. I sleep much better now knowing he is in good care. He is safe and in good hands. He was/is a fall risk and definitely in the right place now. AL is developing a program that is a step above the standard assisted living facility services being provided. I am confident his meds are being given properly and according to schedule, he is developing social skills as they are beginning his involvement at the Senior Facility near the home, etc. We are thankful for the love, care and commitment by Team AL.
