We know my father is in good hand here in this care home. Everything has worked out very well with his move here. They have a lovely, polite staff. They are kind, and friendly when I come to visit. They provided nice meals, and have good outings, and nice activities available for the residents. He is doing well, and we have no complaints about this care home. We would recommend it.

My mother had been a resident at Safe Haven at Brookhaven for over 2 and ½ years before she passed away; she had lived at several other assisted living and nursing homes for 5 years beforehand. Safe Haven was by far the best facility she had lived at over the years. The staff is highly qualified, kind and compassionate and very responsive to resident and family needs. In addition, the facility itself is a real home in a residential neighborhood, so there is not an institutional feel, and the facility is always kept clean. My mother, who had entered Safe Haven very weak and in poor health, would not have lived as long as she had without the outstanding care provided by Safe Haven: the lead caregiver, [Name removed], with her quick thinking and skill, saved my mother’s life several times. In addition, the facility manager, [Name removed], was always available to help out when needed. I feel lucky to have found Safe Haven at Brookhaven for my mother and highly recommend it to anyone with a family member who needs caregiver assistance!
