Residential Care Home
We moved our father in here back in 2008 and he was here for 6 years. They took great care of him and the staff including management were very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring clean home.
The people are varied in ages and levels of needs and care, so I think it makes it a little tough for activities. I think they do as best as they can trying to keep everyon active. I think the staff is terrific. The food seems to be homestyle cooking and nutritious. I think you get a little more personal care than with some of the bigger places. I feel like they have tried to work with us. They have a P.A. that stops by, and they take good care of them.

Residential care homes — sometimes called care homes, board and care homes, group homes, or personal care homes — are houses often in residential neighborhoods that are adapted, equipped, and staffed to care for a small number of residents, usually 10 or less. Similar to assisted living but in a smaller, more residential setting, these homes provide supervision, organized events, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). This means care homes can help with everyday routines but typically do not provide 24-hour skilled nursing assistance.
