Residential Care Home
It is a very home like environment. The rooms are very clean, nice ,and spacious. It is a nice community and they all sit around a table at meals and activities, Overall, I do like the place. I chose this community because they were able to care for my husband. and meet his needs.
I was very happy with the care at this community. The staff were very helpful and caring for the needs of my husband. We found the community to be clean and well maintained. They did have a nice variety of the menu. They do also offer activities for the residents that want to participate. We would recommend this community fo the care of others.
ARC Manor really helped make the transition for our family very smooth when we moved mom from her senior appartmetn to their care home. They wanted to know about mom - her likes, dislikes etc so they could make her feel as comfortable as quickly as possible. The place is spotless and the residents are clean and well cared for. The caregivers are very friendly and communicate often. Mom settled in very quickly and I have appreciated the regular text messages and photos that let me know she is comfortable and having a nice time while I'm at work. ARC Manor is providing mom the care she needs and peace of mind for our family!
