My mom is a difficult resident, she has dementia with behavioral issues.. [Name removed] and his wife [name removed] once told me that the plan is to start with theraputic approach and to build trust. At first I don’t it seems hard for me to understand how they manage to do it. I am truly blessed I have found this place for my mom. I am so happy and pleased with their services.. the staff and owner are great! I can not ask for more..They are very passionate with their care to elderly!
