The Rancho San Diego Board and Care II was not what my mother needed. The place was not clean and did not have a good smell to it. All of the residents were just kind of sitting around. We wanted a more positive atmosphere.

This care home seemed clean and the caregivers I met were nice. They did let me know up front that they were not able to offer my mom the care she needs. They offer transportation.
