I love them. I am very happy with it. The communication with me is very good, and they keep me informed. They take good care of her, and the food looks good and is appealing, when I have seen it.
My dad stayed at Estancia for a while right up to his passing. I was worried about finding the right place for him, but this place was beyond amazing! My dad had his own private room & was in the house with 2 other residents. I don't live far, so we dropped by all the time. The staff is extremely patient & caring. My dad had trouble eating, so they would make his preferred meals & even feed him. They trimmed his eyebrows & nails without us even asking! They have answered our frequent phone calls & texts very promptly & didn't mind us coming over all the time. I talked to the other residents on multiple occasions & they were very happy there & well taken care of. Next time there is a family member that needs this type of care, I will not even look at any other places. [removed]
I couldn't be happier with Majestic Rose. The house is very nice & comfortable for the residents and it doesn't smell. The meals are all homemade and planned according to the residence likes with nutrition always a consideration. The staff is excellent all very compassionate individuals. Rose is amazing, she treats all the residents as if they were family, making sure there meds are accurate and there needs are being met. Ted is always very friendly and making sure to keep you up to date on everything. In the first month my mom gained 8 pounds, she is thriving thanks to majestic rose.
