We had a much better experience at Traditions. Spacious suites, variety of foods offered, and many great activities available.

Pecan Point Assisted Living and Memory Care in Sherman, TX
4.5

There have been several miscommunications about amenities, it almost feels like they lied about stuff to get us to agree to come. The care is good, the staff is patient, the food is good, the building is clean. They do not have standard infection protocols for when there are contagious diseases, that made me very uncomfortable.

She has finally resolved it is her home. Took a month. The food is very acceptable The bathroom potty is not always clean. I’ve cleaned it myself On initial tour they said the residents are bused around just to get out of the facility. I haven’t seen that - if it has happened Overall a good place. Shes finally satisfied.
