My wife had a short stay at Palma Real and I was very happy. The staff was very friendly, courteous and always had a smile. I would recommend Palma Real and would bring her again if needed. The nurses were attentive and made sure my wife was well taken care of.
So far it has been a great experience and our loved one has not fallen since moving into the community. Based on the experience we would recommend this community to other families.
All the staff members and administrators were very welcoming and helpful. Moving mom in was an overwhelming prospect that soon became a positive experience and mom immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It is a joy to feel like everyone understands what this transition does to a family and especially how the new tenant, who might feel lost or confused, may be feeling. Great job Brookdale Trinity Towers! (and thank you!!)
