Brookdale Palestine is the BEST. They treat the patients like family. I have been at peace knowing they will take care of my sister. The staff are wonderful with the patients. I live in Nacogdoches and work at SFA. My mother lived in Louisiana, we where in a hurry to find her a place. The people here helped us very quickly, we got my mother in and settled within a few days. Its always clean and smells good. My mother is always doing something when I go up there . The care is great , they have two nurses , and the employees seem to really care about the people that live there. The food is very good too.
They were very friendly and helpful with my decision making process. I wanted my mom to be in a good place. They were instrumental in helping me understand this was best for my mom and me.
