Overall, things have been going well for my loved one at The Victorian. He doesn't like the food, The parking here is not good, and there have been some miscommunications about things. The first month there was a little rough, but things are getting better. They have some activities like Bingo and other games, and the aides here have been very nice and accommodating. I think that once all the kinks have been worked out, The Victorian will be a really pleasant place for my loved one.

The Village is amazing! They have gone above and beyond to accommodate my loved one prior to their passing. My loved one had to go to the hospital and they had one of the staff member go with my loved one to ensure they were safe. The community worked well with outside home health. The staff always check on my loved one during my loved one's stay. They made sure that my loved one was eating. The maintenance team was quick to respond to requests as well.

My loved one enjoyed her stay at Fairmont while she was here! She received more than enough care, as the staff were wonderful with giving her the care that she needed. They also were very gracious with catering to our family's requests. Everything went just fine at this facility!
