Highview Residences is very good, and what I wanted when we were looking for a place. The residents are treated like family and as individual adults. There is a good resident : staff ratio. And the staff encourage family members to visit at any time.

Arbor Trace Memory Care Center in London, ON

Arbor Trace is very clean and spacious. The staff is caring and friendly and really look after the residents. Hallways are wide and bright. Lots of daily activities. Semi private rooms are well laid out, bathroom is large and cleaning staff do an excellent job.

Queens Village for Seniors in London, ON
5.0 / 5.0

I am very pleased with the care and attention given to my husband at Queen's Village. They were very quick to assess a recent incident and react to it. The Staff are well trained to dealing with his dementia and he seems to be adjusting well to his surroundings. They are open to criticism and will respond to any suggestions I might have. The facility provides activities that he joins in and crafts that he can do.
