They still have an open balance in their bill pay website for an amount we don't owe. I am so glad we did not setup recurring payments from her checking account. The staff in Memory Care at Castlewoods is exceptional. Their loving, caring and patience in dealing with their residents is evident on every visit I have had to see my Mom. It gives me peace and joy to know my Mom is in such care. I appreciate the activities they have to stimulate the minds and keep the residents involved in social settings. I moved my mom into this community for good care. I am not happy that they moved her into another room and did not infor us. She is happy that the community is clean. She seems to be happy with the meals. They do offer her activities, but she is not active. I would not recommend this community myself.. Other families might consider this community when looking for care for a loved one.
