Assisted Living
It's very clean and a good atmosphere overall. The last 2 months, there have been some staff changes in all departments. I think they're just going through growing pains right now, which is understandable. It's still a great place and the residents' needs are being met. They just have to get through the transition period. It seems like they're starting to get it worked out. The food has been up and down also because of it. It used to be great, but it's a hit or miss now. Again, due to staff shortages and probably also supply shortages like everyone else right now. They really do cater to residents' needs well. Communication with the family could improve in some areas. The nurses are great about communication, but the billing and finance department could improve. Ultimately, this place fits the bill. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Modern updates, something to do for everyone. My mom seems to like it there and is adjusting very well. Staff has been very helpful in getting her adjusted and in a routine due to her dementia. Highly recommend
I would say to check out this community. It was one of the best communities that I have seen. They have activities like bingo, cooking, baking, they did an Easter egg hunt for the community and kids got to join also. They also had a mardi gras party and try to celebrate all of the holidays with the residents. The staff are very good and easy to communicate with. I can call, email, communicate in person they take care of things immediately.
