This is a place I would recommend you check out for your loved one. The staff are wonderful and friendly to work with. The staff communication has been great with the family. There are three meals a day served to the residents, and it is a dining room. If the resident doesn't like what is being served the staff are willing to accommodate a request made by the resident.

The Phoenix at Lake Joy in Warner Robins, GA
3.4

Our loved one was previously a resident at The Phoenix at Lake Joy. The quality of care declined. If not for hospice, I don't know what we would have done. We ended up moving our loved one to another facility. I would not recommend The Phoenix at Lake Joy to others.

Summer's Landing of Warner Robins
4.3

My brother was in the Memory Care unit at Summer's Landing. Each resident has a private room which is quite spacious. My brother felt as though he had his own apartment. The staff is wonderful - very kind, caring and patient, exactly what you want for your loved one. The food is good - not institutional tasting. I highly recommend Summer's landing.
