The Gables of Germantown

The staff is really wonderful. The facility is gorgeous and they really do try to work with you; with finances and schedules and getting people in. They could improve on having a little more activities. My mom is in memory care, so it's different, but the activities are not bad or over-the-top, they're just good.

Harbor Campus in Port Washington, WI
5.0

Everything here was absolutely wonderful! I'd give them a 10 out of 5 if I could! I've worked in healthcare for many years so I can be very picky when it comes to care, but everyone here, from the CNA to the director, were all knowledgeable and great at what they do! They were so good to my Mom. They were always there for her when she needed it, and they really loved her. It provided a lot of peace of mind for my brother and I knowing that we had such loving people helping us look out for her.

Willowbrook Place in Thiensville, WI
4.5

My Mother in law really likes it at Willowbrook. The staff is exceptional in making her and the family feel welcome and comfortable. They bend over backwards to help. They are remodeling and you can see that the money is being used for the residents. I have heard from some of the other residents that the food is good and some of it is handmade.
