Memory Care
When we first got there, price wasn't clear and communication wasn't great. I think they should have staff meetings to keep everyone on the same page. Maybe even a billboard to communicate important information. For example, they said we could get cable for dad and that any provider was ok. I did that and then found out it wasn't an option, with two different companies. I will say, it is starting to get better, but still unorganized. No one has been there to clean his apartment, I did it. However, they do wash his laundry for him. I'm so glad I got him in there, but wish they were more organized. Meals are ok, dinner is better. They do offer seconds, which is nice. My dad isn't very active, but I do know they offer a lot of activities. I have recommended the facility to others. Overall, he really loves it there. Again, I just wish they would be more organized with the staff and with communication to the families.
They have a variety of food. They try to encourage, my loved one to get active with the activities, in which they had plenty of things to do. We picked this community because, my loved one liked the location. They have knowledge of making people feel comfortable, which is outstanding. I would tell other families to, take a look at this facility because it's definitely worth it.
Overall I have been very impressed with KindredHearts of Green Bay. The facility is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Absolutely five stars!
