Entree's could be a little tastier but many other options. Overall care cleanliness friendliness activities everything is good. Very expensive though not sure how long we can keep him there and what will come next. The facility is very helpful in explaining everything in detail and will meet with families and answer phone calls any time. The whole family is very satisfied with my dad's happiness there. He is 97 and has all of his faculties so if he's happy we are all happy. It truly is a great place.
They take very good care of both of my parents there. My dad is in the memory care. Mom tells everyone how good they are to her in the lodge. My only fear is that eventually we might run out of money and have to place them somewhere else. But I'm very happy with the care they receive.

Our father suffers from dementia and was in need of care that we simply could not provide at home. The facility is beautiful, clean, peaceful and provides a wonderful view of the Bouquet River. Living out of state, we appreciate the regular updates and communication from staff, keeping us apprised of his condition between visits. Champlain Valley is a gem of the North County.
