Memory Care
The care and love they had for not only my father but for our family was unreal. They went far and beyond of what their job title was. [removed] is one of the care takers that work in memory care. The love in her eyes for all of the residents is remarkable. After the our loss she continued to check on our family. An angel is and understatement when speaking about her. What a blessing. Celeste care , Thank you.
The Villages of Windcrest is very good at activities for the residents. Their food is good. They lack a little in nursing care-especially on the weekends. The staff communication with the family is fair. There are three meals a day and the residents have some choices.
Overall my dad has had a great experience at Celeste Care and we are very happy with our decision. I do feel that sometimes more caregivers are needed. Usually there are 2 in the facility with the memory care residents but occasionally there is only one. I think they should always have 3. I have no issues with staff as individuals. They are all friendly and take great care of the residents. I just think they could use more support. My dad enjoys the meals very much. We have just run into issues with the timeliness of service and some of the meal choices. As for activities, Wednesdays are great days for the residents. Just wish more activities throughout the week. Think that goes along with the number of caregivers available on any certain day.
