What stands out about this facility is how good the staff is to my mother and how she has adjusted better than I thought she would and it's because they are so good to her and how they check on her even through the night. Housekeeping does a good job and the facility is very well kept.
The reason we gave Worthington Manor a 4 overall was while our loved one was there they did not have enough staff which was a downside. They had a large turnover. However, the people are very friendly and caring and we would absolutely recommend Worthington Manor to other families, it is a beautiful facility.
The director AND HER STAFF HAVE BEEN UNBELIEVABLE TAKING CARE OF MY SISTER. THE NURSING STAFF HAVE ALWAYS been KIND, LOVING AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALSO HAVE BEEN PERSONABLE TO ME.
