My loved one was previously a resident at Hilltop at Glenwood and the overall experience was good. The staff is friendly, but I do feel like there is a lack of communication between them. Overall, I would recommend Hilltop at Glenwood to others who are looking for a Memory Care facility.
The Renaissance of Florence is a beautiful facility. The staff are very helpful and kind, taking a genuine interest in the residents and the care they receive. There is an outstanding activities program with a wide variety of activities for the residents to participate in. The Renaissance of Florence is an outstanding independent living facility.
Country Cottage is a very very clean community, there are no fowls odors at all. They have fresh candles lit everywhere. There is a really nice fireplace, great furniture to sit on, and several different TV rooms. Our loved one is a foodie and he has had no complaints regarding the meals. As far as activities go - they have battled covid a couple of times so occasionally the activities are limited. However they usually have a calendar posted up with activities, and our loved one enjoys being apart of their walking group. They also have fresh baked cookies 24/7. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
