Devon Oaks Assisted Living in Westlake, OH
3.3

We are pleased with the facility in general. I suppose they all have their problems. I find laundry to be an issue. Dad's clothes & sheets & towels seem to go missing. The food is absolutely terrible. He is in memory care now, so I'm aware they will have a different menu due to swallowing issues - but he makes faces when he eats & he would always eat anything. The residents in assisted living complain about the food all the time. Some of the staff is absolutely amazing. Some - not so much. I know that's not really helpful, but it's true. I would recommend the facility in general, as I know he is safe there and seems happy enough.

The Atrium at Anna Maria in Aurora, OH
5.0

My loved one lives in The Atrium, and, I feel it is a very nice community. The staff is very kind and attentive, and I really like the way the community is set up. They have areas set up to mimic a kitchen and a home office to make the community look more cozy and homey. Overall, I feel that The Atrium is a good fit for my loved one and she seems to be warming up to the community generally well.

Danbury Mentor
4.9

My mother fell and unfortunately broke her hip. This led to our family decided it was time to look into an Assisted Living. When we started calling around Danbury was the first to return our call. The Admissions Director [name removed] has been so patient and kind helping us along the way. We were able to have a tour the same day! The staff was very welcoming and it just felt right! Mom is doing great! She is able to continue therapy at Danbury and is improving! I would definitely recommend Danbury if you are looking for your loved one.
