Memory Care
I am happy with the care that is given here. The staff has a good relationship with my mom. The community is clean. They offer a nice menu. They do have activities to offer to those who can participate. We would recommend this community to other families.
Staff was nice and friendly. Location is great, and facility is clean with traditional decor. Room does have a nice size closet. Dining area is pretty basic, and menu always seemed to include not very healthy but cheap options, such as hotdogs and grilled cheese. Activities within the facility are very basic, and would have been nice to see more outside vendors coming in to provide a more varied calendar for residents. I felt that my parent was safe and relatively happy here.
Our experience with Brookdale Elizabeth City has been a very good one! Every single employee we've come across has been nothing but friendly and caring! They obviously really care about the people they look after, and they're lovely to all of them. I also appreciate that the management has been accommodating and easy to work with. It's a very nice place, overall!
