The Lodge at Ives Hill in Watertown, NY
5.0 / 5.0

I WOULD GIVE THE Lodge at Ives Hill five stars. You feel like you are a part of a family here and this is home. The staff and residents are friendly, cheerful and courteous. The meals are good. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and take care of your many needs. The staff remembers your name, your family and they understand how you want things done. They even remember how I like my coffee and when I want it. Clothes are washed, folded or neatly hung up for you as needed. Birthdays and special occasions `are celebrated. The atmosphere is cheerful and well decorated. No tasks are too great or too small as they endeavor to make you stay a peaceful and happy place, It feels like home. I don’t believe I could have found a better place.

Bishop's Commons in Oswego, NY
5.0 / 5.0

My mother has been at BC for almost four months now and could not be happier. She says she feels like she’s living in a 5 star hotel. All of the staff are not only professional but kind & caring. My mother has been able to maintain her independence but with a sense that there are people around who care & will look out for her should she need some assistance. The dinning assures my siblings & myself that my mom is both getting proper nourishment & ample opportunity to socialize with her peers. Along with the activities available each week. As a member of the medical community I must say I am very impressed with how BC is run. I couldn’t feel better about both where & how my mother is living.
