It's lovely, but it's very expensive

It's lovely but it's very expensive. They were very unsure about pricing. The room was much smaller than what we have now. Many of the things we get included with our current location was an extra charge here.

Pricey

In fairness to the Royal Brock we took our tour before the building was complete. We found that the price per square foot was too high. The views from the 5th floor were nice. We found better value and more inclusive amenities elsewhere.
