Champlain Valley Senior Community in Willsboro, NY
4.1

Searching for long-term care for loved ones is a daunting task. Our family was fortunate to find the Champlain Valley Senior Community in Willsboro, New York. Our father suffers from dementia and was in need of care that we simply could not provide at home. The folks at Champlain Valley are kind, compassionate and caring, all you can ask for in a facility that is looking after a loved one. The facility is beautiful, clean, peaceful and provides a wonderful view of the Bouquet River. Living out of state, we appreciate the regular updates and communication from staff, keeping us apprised of his condition between visits. Champlain Valley is a gem of the North County.

The staff are very knowledgeable and caring. The community is well-kept and is very clean. They have so many activities that my mom enjoys like watching movies and going into town. Meal time is her favorite time of day because she really enjoys the variety of food offered.
