10 Best Memory Care Facilities in Mount Charleston, NV

This facility is super nice. They did so many little adventures like taking the residents to the park nearby. I would recommend this facility to others if they're able to afford it, but I will say the admin fee was also high at the time of signing. The facility is super expensive, we had to find my loved one a new place just because of the price being almost double.

My mother was a resident at Escalante at The Lakes for a brief time before she passed and everything was the best it could possibly be at this facility during that horrendous time. She went downhill with her dementia incredibly fast and we and my mom were treated absolutely wonderfully by everyone. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are kept very clean and patients are very well cared for. I got numerous calls with updates on her condition when I couldn't be there. The move in was extremely easy. I'm not sure about the food since my mom was on all liquids, but the dining room smelled good. I give Escalante at The Lakes my highest recommendation. Anyone would be lucky to have their parent here.

My Mom lives here currently. The staff is just the nicest bunch of people. They’re very supportive and help where they can, like with feeding my Mom. They don’t provide different options as far as the menu is concerned but the food appears to be nutritious. The building is very clean and housekeeping comes by her room to clean once a week or as needed. There’s a lot of one on one care available because there aren’t many residents. They have a few activities available like exercising and movies; I like that they don’t leave the residents in their room on their own. They have snacks twice a day in between meals. It’s a different environment and it seems like they’re doing a good job of keeping everyone active
