Lakewood - Assisted Living By Americare in Springfield, MO

This was not an easy decision to make. Not at all. We cared for my mother for a few years at home but wandering in the middle of the night started and it became a safety issue for my mother. Having toured several facilities in the Springfield Missouri area, both my sister and I agreed that the Arbors at Lakewood stood out among their peers. Since my mothers arrival, I can't express how reassured I am that we made the right choice. This provides me as much peace as this difficult decision can. If you have a loved one who suffers from Alzheimer's/Dementia I highly recommend this facility and their genuinely caring staff. From administration to activities and meals and their flexible "Best Friends" approach.

Grand Brook Memory Care Rogers at Pinnacle Hills

They are taking good care of my loved one. The communication has been very good. I'm so happy I moved her. Love that the price is frozen and the staff has been great. I would recommend to other families.

Century Pines in Ozark, MO
4.7

We moved my Dad here per his request because he grew up in Ozark. He was formerly at The Fremont in Springfield because that was close to our house. Century Pines seemed old, confusing and more like the old time rest homes, but I was wrong. The staff here has been phenomenal. As his Alzheimer's progresses, they have been very patient and gone out of their way to make him comfortable. The place is very clean and there is always staff to help if I have questions or concerns. [Removed] personally calls with suggestions and updates. All facilities should follow their personalized lead. I usually never write a review, but felt it was necessary. They deserve recognition.
