They did an awesome job! Unfortunately my mom got very I'll and died soon after moving there! [Name removed] was particularly helpful and kind. Would highly recommend them. The food was even excellent but I heard their main cook left, I am sure they will miss him.
[name removed] was wonderful and informative. She gave us the space and time we needed to make an informed decision. Talamore is a beautiful and inclusive building that feels like home. I am very happy with the process and the result.
1. Overall my mom and I are very happy with Serenity Place on 7th. She's comfortably settled in. 2. Very clean, never any bad smells. 3. All the nurses and other workers are so sweet to my mom. She loves them all. 4. The main manager Matt left quite a while ago. I think everything ran more smoothly when he was there. Now sometimes seems like they may be a little short staffed. 5. Mom gets dinner there. She usually says it's awful. Mushy vegetables, cold food. She only continues to go to get out and see people. 6. Mom enjoys the different bands they have come play and she enjoys the bingo. Nurses always come to remind her of shows etc. because she's not good at looking at activity sheet. 7. Overall I think it's a good value. Really nice place and I don't worry about my mom when she's there.
