Memory Care
We feel like we've been taken care of. Good friends around us. Sometimes we are not happy with the food but we understand it's hard to satisfy a lot of people. Living quarters are rather small. I really enjoy the carestaff.
I would highly recommend Homestead. I would be happy to live there if I ever become unable to care for myself. The kitchen around mealtime smelled wonderful. Lots of areas to gather and socialize. Wide hallways with sitting areas spaced out so you can rest if you have a long trek to the mess hall. Pleasant staff. Clean.
Moved in with my wife in 2016 and I dont think I would have been able to handle her unexpected passing without the help of the staff here and the support of my neighbors. Since my wife has been gone, I have still been able to be cared for and yet maintain my independence. I like that I can jump in my car in and go visit family or have them over to my apartment.
