Memory Care
I would tell people that I've had a positive experience so far. The community wants to be helpful and friendly. They are allowing window visits with the residents and family members. One of the nurses used her phone to participate in a virtual visit with my loved one and me.
Most of the bad experiences were all on the fault of my mother in law. She was removed from the facility after 3 months for noncompliance. She was checked into the hospital to detox from there she was placed in memory care. It's been a long hard road, but she seems to be happy now. It wasn't anything to do with Grace of Caldwell
The biggest thing was that every staff member that I talked to genuinely cared. I could not say enough about the staff there. The community is clean and the rooms are really nice and updated it is just a really nice place for your loved one. The staff communicated very well and explained everything that needed to be done. I had an issue with billing once and they took care of it quickly and always returned calls quickly whenever I called them.

I love it here. It's a great place to live. Once you get used to it, it's very nice. The people are so friendly, both the other residents and the staff. And the care is good as well.
