The Oaks - Carrollton

The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the residents - They don't have to go refer to a chart, the minute I walk in they all have an update. They are very kind. They actually know each and every resident and their family. They go the extra mile and will call if they feel like something needs to be addressed. The Oaks is a fabulous place and families are making the absolute right choice by going there.

This time in our lives kind of sneaks up on you and y'all made this transition so easy for us. Thank you. My mother loves living at the Claiborne. The beautiful farmhouse style home, the caring staff and directors are wonderful. The other residents are becoming like family to her! We couldn't be more thrilled!

They have a level of care cost. I went in expecting one cost, and then it was raised, so I did not care for that. Also my mom was difficult, and they treated her as such, which I did not appreciate.
