My mom is happy there, it's a convenient location there are a lot of businesses around the community, The community is smaller and I think that's a good thing. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Everything was excellent. No complaints. The Administrative Staff, especially [name removed]! She was always genuine and went above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk were so warm, friendly and loving! Some of the Caregivers and Qmaps were excellent. ]name removed], [name removed], [name removed]. RN [name removed] was a true gem! They often were short staff but so were many of the businesses I dealt with. The people that I dealt with truly made a difference. A couple of weeks before she passed away, I saw signs. I knew she was getting ready to go. I could talk with them and it was helpful to have their listening ears.

The main reason we chose Pine Grove Crossing over other facilities that we looked into was because of the memory care director, she was fantastic. All of the staff here are excellent. I highly recommend this facility.

It is very clean. They could improve on the consistency of care. I would caution people to look carefully regarding any assisted living facility.
