Of all the care facilities that we visited, we were most impressed with Foothill Village Senior Living Community in Angels Camp, CA. Upon contacting them we were introduced to[name removed] who took us on a tour and we knew then that it was the perfect place for our father. [name removed] energy, positive support and patients was amazing as he walked us through the process and answered each and every question, and helped us have a smooth transition. Foothill Village Senior Living has a home-like atmosphere. The staff is skilled and caring, sensitive to the needs of family members just like they are to the residences. The wonderful staff at Foothill Village has made a very difficult transition easier for us. We are indeed, blessed to have found such an outstanding home to provide my fathers care.
The staff members are nice, and the facility is pretty good, Your brother is happy there. The rooms are a nice size and he shares the room with another resident. He likes the food and is gaining his wieght I would definitely recommend this community
At first my mother-in-law was having some trouble transitioning but she seems to be adjusting well. She is starting to get more involved in activities. She loves the food here. The family is very pleased with the community. It's a very nice place and the staff is very friendly. Her housekeepers come in once a month to change her bed linens and once a week to clean her studio apartment. The staff is very friendly and on top of things. She has locked herself out of her apartment a few times and they are always willing to let her in.She also forgotten her walker and they let her borrow one when she gets downstairs. I would recommend this community to anyone and I've also talked to families of residents there and they agree.
