What we really saw that was positive is the staff, from the front end staff, to the director, who is excellent to work with. They have excellent communication. We get emails all the time with any updates. They're close by to medical facilities, so that's been a Godsend. The shuttle service they have has been very accommodating, so we've been very happy with that. They take the residents to doctor appointments, and on outings. Recently they went to the Tulip Festival. My family members love the food. They were at a different place with turnover in the kitchen that negatively affected the food, and now at Cogir of Northgate they rave about the food. They have no complaints and are very happy. The only downside has been the fact that there aren't any sidewalks along 15th NE. So if they're out walking with their electric walkers, they don't feel comfortable going on an outing to the grocery store due to the lack of sidewalks. Overall we've had a good experience, and would definitely recommend it to others.

SHAG Alderwood Court in Lynnwood, WA
5.0

My experience with Alderwood Court has been good. The staff there is wonderful. They've been very helpful from the very beginning. The facility is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping centers. It's very new looking, and kept really clean. In the apartment, it's really safe and secure. They explained to her how everything works. They also helped my mom find other resources as well. Overall, very impressed.

Cedar Park Apartments in Seattle, WA
3.5

Cedar Park Apartments are very clean. I am getting used to the staff. They are friendly. I do have a small room and I don't even have a balcony. I would like to see my rate that I pay lowered. Overall the staff are trying. They know that they needed to be more warm and they did change. This facility is very clean and that's important. I had someone above me stomping around and luckily they moved me to a different apartment. I really appreciated that.
