Maintenance has been very slow to respond from what I have observed and heard from my loved one. Overall I would for sure recommend Affinity at South Park Meadows for active seniors.
We put our grandma in this facility a year ago, and have been extremely happy with them. The Overlook at Plum Creek in Kyle, TX sits next to the golf course and has lots of activities for the seniors. I would recommend these senior apartments to other families in search for a caring place for their loved ones.
You can't compare this facility with others that offer meals and dining - as well as care. None of that is offered here. My overall experience at Sage is good. There are lots of activities, but many of them are resident generated and sponsored. Cost probably in line with other places that don't offer meals. You need to be active and take care of yourself to live here. Many things are out of the community manager's control. Sparrow Living corporate controls some things that should be decided by each community. That keeps it from being a 5
