Our mom has been at the Shannondale Assisted Living for about 4 years. She has declined physically and mentally, but honestly, she is happy everyday. The staff at Shannondale is so unbelievably nice to her- Care begins with a hug and a smile. And it is very clean- never smells bad. I really appreciate everything they do. It's a tough job, and they do it with grace and love.
I have lived at North Cleveland Tower 5 1/2 years and absolutely love my apartment but there is not enough help here in the office, maintenance If you have a dog pls make sure you go by the rules! A couple of months ago I had mentioned to [name removed] that I was thinking about getting a dog! What do I need-she verbally said -shots-$50 deposit and $10 a month payments (complete cost $300) My daughter bought me a small puppy --5 weeks old but I couldn't get her til she was 7 weeks ok-so I left 2 message for [name removed] to be sure that's all I needed-she never called me back and even told me this am that I didn't leave the two message-I was going out to get puppy supplies and was getting the puppy tonight! I ran into a tenant here who told me the dog has to be 4 mos old, spayed or neutered and shots (which the pup has)went into the office and confirmed it with [name removed] I am heartbroken now cause I can't get the puppy or the refund on the puppy which is not cheap so make sure you get the right info! Management here needs help! They are overwhelmed! I wish this had never happened and I am sick over it!! should not have happened this way and I've been waiting for the right time to get a dog!!!!
